As call-in jurors you are required to check this web site beginning at 5:00 p.m. as indicated on your jury summons. Updated instructions will be posted on this web site daily. If you are not instructed to report by the end of the week following your summons date, your service will be completed.

If employed, please check this web site from work. DO NOT take the day off from work. If you are not required to report, you simply stay at work and follow the instructions posted.

The call-in service may not suit your schedule. If you cannot report to jury duty in the middle of the day or on an hour's notice as sometimes instructed, please call (209) 468-2871 so that jury staff can work with your schedule to arrange for a specific date for you to report for jury service.

If asked to report, please read the information below. If you did not report on the date specified for your group, you must contact the Jury Commissioner's Office immediately at (209)468-2871. Persons entering the Courthouse must pass through metal detectors. Items such as stun guns, knives, scissors, screw drivers, pointed metal combs, knitting needles, pepper spray or other potentially dangerous items are prohibited.

Juror parking is located adjacent to the building. Please bring your entire summons with you and have the residence phone number, work number, occupation and employer information filled in before you come into the court. Fill in the name and address information only if you have a change of name and/or address. Make sure to sign the juror information form before you turn it in to the jury staff.
