As call-in jurors you are required to check this web site beginning at 5:00 p.m. as indicated on your jury summons. Updated instructions will be posted on this web site daily. If you are not instructed to report by the end of the week following your summons date, your service will be completed.

If employed, please check this web site from work. DO NOT take the day off from work. If you are not required to report, you simply stay at work and follow the instructions posted.

The call-in service may not suit your schedule. If you cannot report to jury duty in the middle of the day or on an hour's notice as sometimes instructed, please call (209) 468-2871 so that jury staff can work with your schedule to arrange for a specific date for you to report for jury service.

If asked to report, please read the information below. If you did not report on the date specified for your group, you must contact the Jury Commissioner's Office immediately at (209)468-2871.

The Jury Assembly Room is located in the basement level of the Stockton Courthouse, 222 E. Weber Avenue, Stockton. Office hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.. Proper dress attire is required in the courtroom. Shorts and tank tops are not allowed.

Persons entering the Courthouse must pass through metal detectors. Items such as stun guns, knives, scissors, screw drivers, pointed metal combs, knitting needles, pepper spray or other potentially dangerous items are prohibited.

You must enter the Courthouse through the Hunter Square entrance on the west side of the courthouse. The San Joaquin Street entrance on the east side of the courthouse is CLOSED.

The juror parking lot is located at 15 N. ElDorado Street, which is one block west of the courthouse, just off of Weber Avenue, between Center and ElDorado Streets. Take a validation ticket from the lot and bring it to the jury assembly room for validation. Any lost tickets could result in a $3.00 charge.

If the parking lot at 15 North El Dorado Street is full, you must park at Lot K - which is located on American Street between Weber Avenue and Main Street (across from the Factory 2 U Building). If Lot K is full, you must park at Lot L - which is located on American Street between Weber Avenue and Main Street (next to the Factory 2 U building). If all three Lots are full, then you must park at the Lot on Market and Sutter streets.

Designated handicapped parking spaces are available adjacent to the Courthouse on Weber, San Joaquin and Main Streets, as well as the Essential Services Building.

If you require other disability related parking accommodations, please telephone the jury staff at 468-2871 and advise them of your need.

Please bring your entire summons with you and have the residence phone number, work number, occupation and employer information filled in before you come into the jury assembly room. Fill in the name and address information only if you have a change of name and/or address. Make sure to sign the juror information form before you turn it in to the jury staff.
