FAX Filing
California Rules of Court authorizes and the Superior Court provides the option of filing by FAX. There are specific instructions, see local Rule 6-100[pdf] for details. The Superior Court toll free FAX filing number can be obtained by calling the provider at 1-800-322-4945. To FAX directly to the court, you must register your FAX number, credit card number and expiration date. The FAX will be in operation 24 hours a day, however, any FAX received after 5:00 p.m. or on court holidays or weekends will be deemed filed on the next court business day.
