Stockton Courthouse annex located at 540 East Main Street is now open for business.
Superior Court of San Joaquin County is pleased to announce that it will hold its first session of court on Monday, July 21, 2008 in the new downtown Stockton Courthouse annex located at 540 East Main Street.

New Case Management System for Civil, Small Claims, Probate and Mental Health cases!
Kiosks are now available at Stockton, Lodi and Tracy Courts. Click here for system information and capabilities.
Effective March 3, 2008, Tracy and Manteca Court calendars will be consolidated.
- Tracy Court will hear the following proceedings for all South County: Civil, Small Claims, Unlawful Detainer, Domestic Violence (Tracy only) /Civil Harassment Restraining Order Hearings (all south county), Traffic arraignments, Infraction arraignments, criminal pretrial conferences, readiness conferences and misdemeanor jury trials.
- Manteca Court will hear the following proceedings for all South County: criminal arraignments, pre-preliminary hearings, preliminary hearings, and Domestic Violence Restraining Order Hearings (Manteca only).
All filings should be directed to the court that hears that particular case type or proceeding.
New Court Location in Lodi
Effective Tuesday, February 19, 2008, Department L-1 in Lodi will hold court at
217 W. Elm Street (2nd Floor-Lodi Police Facility), Lodi, CA 95240.
