Administration and Staff
Personnel
The Personnel Division has responsibility
for recruitment and staffing, employee
records
and training coordination for the Court.
The Personnel Unit publicizes employment
opportunities, examines qualifications
of
employment candidates, and assists
managers
in the selection process. In addition,
Personnel
staff maintain personnel files and
consults
with managers and supervisors in their
disciplinary
matters.
Training coordination includes new
employee
orientation, in-service training, presentation
from outside vendors.
With the passage of recent legislation,
employees
of the court who were county employees
have
now become trial court employees. A
new personnel
system is in the process of design
and implementation.
