Please review carefully all of the information on both the front and back of the citation that you received. It will list the time and date within which you promised to appear. Adults and juveniles receiving traffic citations, other than parking tickets, should also receive a courtesy notice in the mail at least 10 days before the required appearance date. If the courtesy notice indicates a mandatory appearance, you must appear in court.

Consequences of Failure to Respond: If you fail to appear or post bail (and/or submit proof of correction) as directed, you will be subject to further penalties of increased bail, license suspension or arrest warrant.
